Ordering & Payments
I haven't received my order yet. What steps should I take?+
Please check the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It includes your order status and the estimated delivery date.
What happens if my order arrives after I've already been refunded?+
Please keep the product in its original packaging, along with all documents related to your purchase and refund. You'll need these for any further communication with our team and the payment provider.
If resolving the dispute is taking longer than expected, what are my options?+
If all other options don't work out, you can consider reaching out to the appropriate authorities or consumer forums for further help. Just keep in mind that this process may take time and involve some costs, so it's good to weigh the benefits before moving forward.
What is the delivery time for my order?+
You can easily track your order with the tracking number provided. Magadh Swad allows you to check the real-time status of your delivery anytime.
What should I do if my package gets held at customs?+
If customs officers find the contents of your parcel suspicious (for example, multiple identical items), they may hold it for further inspection.
Refunds & Returns
Do you accept returns, and if so, what's the policy?+
As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Magadhswad01@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll assist you promptly.
How do I claim a refund for my order?+
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, simply email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Once we review your request and approve it, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Are there any items that cannot be refunded?+
Refunds are not available for:
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that have been consumed or are not in their original condition
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
What should I do if the dispute resolution is taking too long and I don't want to wait?+
